Quality Control!
From the receiving of a job to its final despatch, the complete production process is effectively controlled by a Quality Control System specifically designed to assure customers a service of the highest quality. Through the use of our unique Job Card/Quality Plan, each and every production process is strictly controlled to ensure each customer’s unique quality requirements are adhered to and provided for.
Assembly and Testing!
The final assembly of a hydraulic unit is performed within a “dust free” Unit Assembly Room to ensure the utmost cleanliness of the room’s atmosphere, virtually free from all airborne contaminants.
The integrity and “fit for use” status of all reconditioned units is also determined and verified through the final testing of a unit through the use of our “state-of-the-art” Computerised Test Rig. All units are tested strictly to Manufacturer and/or O.E.M. specifications.
